Enrollment Instructions for 835 Transactions

This payer uses Zelis to process payments and route ERAs.

Enroll via the Zelis Network

Enrolling through the Zelis Network allows you to receive ERAs in bulk from all participating payers through a single account.

To enroll with Zelis:

1. Visit Zelis Provider Enrollment
2. Complete the online form:
   • Select Join a Zelis Network
   • Choose whether you want ACH, Virtual Card, or both for payment
3. Wait for a confirmation email from Zelis and follow the setup steps
4. Have the following ready:
   • Legal Name, Business Type
   • Contact Info
   • Banking Information
5. Log in to your Zelis account and finish setup:
   • Choose your payment method
   • For ERA delivery, select Clearinghouse, then choose Stedi
   • Enter contact info, check the authorization box, and click Submit
6. Customize notification preferences if desired
7. Review and submit your enrollment

Already have a Zelis account?

1. Login here
2. Go to Settings → ERA Delivery
3. Choose Clearinghouse, then select Stedi from the dropdown
4. Click Save
